During the lockdown period, we have found the Reading Planet Online Library to be an essential resource for parents in supporting reading at home. Each book has a list of questions for parents and children to discuss together, and an online quiz to complete - I know the children have found these highly motivating and rewarding when they receive their gold stars. The Online Library has enabled us to provide valuable opportunities for the children to further practise their reading skills at home.
