The programme has been an absolute life saver. Although our results were always good in the Phonics Screening, it felt like something was missing and as an Early Reading lead, I spent a great deal of time reading, researching and trialling things in the classroom. Reading Planet Rocket Phonics offered everything we wanted in one package including superbly written decodable reading books. We now have the consistency of approach we need. The resources are so well designed and allow us, as teachers, to focus on the children and their learning.

The pupil booklets offer routine and structure that children love. Parents and staff have commented on the impact on the children within a few weeks of starting the programme.

As part of the school leadership team, I am always looking for ways to reduce workload and Rocket Phonics has been a perfect fit for our team.
