A range of ideas will be provided, which will include:
Developing a 'spine' of high-quality texts
Reading for ‘real’: becoming a life-long reader
Ensuring progression in reading skills and vocabulary development
Reading across the curriculum
This workshop will be relevant for English subject leaders, phase leaders, reading ‘advocates’ and senior leaders within the primary phase.
