• A model text and questions (Text A) and a practice text and questions (Text B)
• Online Modelling Responses Software (for Text A and questions)
• New vocabulary flashcards
• Review sheets

• Teacher guided activities and worksheets
• Review sheets
• Yearly guidance

A Shine GPS learning sequence is a unit of intervention content. The learning sequences are arranged in a specific order and contain instructions tailored to teachers and teaching assistants.

Each Shine GPS learning sequence includes:

• Prepare, Do, Review introductory sections that explain how to use the different elements of the learning sequences
• A Modelled Responses session and a Supported Independent Practice session, including text prompts and pupil questions
• Online Modelling Responses Software (for session 1 and questions)
• New spelling flashcards
• Review sheets
