Thousands of schools rely on the Rising Stars Progression Frameworks to support assessment free from levels, and many have told us that they would value child-friendly versions – so we’ve created them!
These pupil-facing ‘I can’ Statements can be used in conjunction with, and in support of, the Rising Stars Progression Frameworks for mathematics and English from Years 1 – 6. They are accompanied by teacher-facing guidance which includes Mastery Questions to support teachers in making reliable judgements about the security of children’s learning.
