5 fantastic authors, 9 schools across the UK and hundreds of pupils. The Reading Planet Tour has come to an end and what a fantastic few weeks it was. We visited a variety of schools across the country from a small rural school in Cumbria to an inner city London school to a seaside school in Torquay.
Our team of top authors consisted of Abie Longstaff, Ross Montgomery, Gareth P. Jones, Gillian Philip and Joe Craig. They inspired pupils with their Reading Planet books, writing tips and even ukulele playing! Our tour even made local news in the North with a feature in the Hexham Courant.
