Use this assembly plan to teach children about resilience

An assembly plan that teaches children to recognise resilience as an important character quality, taken from The Star Awards Programme for Primary Schools by Shona Pye and Geoff Smith. In the assembly children are taught some of the key vocabulary associated with resilience, what makes a person resilient and how they can encourage this in themselves.
