A brand new series of books for older boys with a low reading ability. This series of readers uses extreme sports and fast cars as a theme to turn reluctant and less able teenagers back to reading.
Each book features a short story, illustrated in black and white; non-fiction information pages, presented in a magazine-style using colour photographs and appropriate vocabulary and a bibliography to support readers wanting to find out more on the subject
The series has been developed in conjunction with NASEN, the National Association for Special Educational Needs.
